Mpoyes strictly prohibits any attempt to register using a false identity, another person's identity, or inaccurate information. Such actions constitute a criminal offence and mpoyes reserves the right to report them to the relevant authorities.
Mpoyes accepts a variety of deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and various Malaysia local internet banking options. All deposits must come from a valid account or source in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as specified on the platform's deposit page at the time. mpoyes reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check the latest limits before making each deposit.
Deposit Processing: Most deposits are processed within minutes. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for prompt investigation.
Withdrawal of winnings will only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering.

Wagering requirements (rollover) refer to the total amount you need to wager before a bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a total of 20 times.
The use of wagering strategies intended to abuse promotions, including betting on both sides to reduce risk, is strictly prohibited. mpoyes reserves the right to void all winnings and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.

In the event of any technical issue such as internet disconnection, server disruption, or system failure during gameplay, the results recorded in the mpoyes system are final. If a game is interrupted before the result is recorded, the wager will typically be returned to your account balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpoyes account username and password. Never share your login details with anyone, and always log out from shared devices after each session.

The total liability of mpoyes to any member in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim being made.
Mpoyes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
For material amendments that substantially affect member rights, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, either via registered email or in-platform notification.
Continued use of the mpoyes platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and we will process the withdrawal of your remaining valid balance in accordance with standard procedures.
